Costura Studio is an independent design studio, meaning you’ll work directly with our experienced designers—no outsourcing or middlemen. We ensure every project receives top-quality attention from start to finish.

Nope! As a subscriber, you can add unlimited design requests to your queue. We’ll complete them one at a time in the order they’re submitted.

We understand that you might not have ongoing design needs every month. That’s why we offer a pause option for your subscription.

Billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. If you’ve used the service for part of the month, you can pause your subscription in advance to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Allowing you to resume whenever you have new tasks for us. This way, you only pay for what you use.

For bigger projects like full website designs, UI/UX work, or branding packages, we break them down into smaller deliverables. You’ll receive progress updates every 24-48 hours until the entire project is completed.

We primarily work with Figma for UI/UX and digital design, along with Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—for branding, print, and advanced graphic work.

For eCommerce development, we specialize in Shopify and Webflow, ensuring a seamless and high-quality design-to-development process.

Simply submit it as a design request, and we’ll build your site directly in Shopify. Once the site is ready, we transfer full ownership to your account, meaning you don’t need an ongoing subscription with us to maintain your website.
Webflow development is only included in our "Enterprise plan".

You can submit requests in several flexible ways through Trello, including:
- Directly adding a card to Trello
- Sharing Google Docs, wireframes, or mood boards
- Recording a Loom video if you prefer a verbal explanation

No problem! We’ll revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied—no extra charges, no hassle.

Yes, we currently do not provide:
- 3D modeling
- Animated graphics (GIFs, motion design)
- Video Editing
- Document design (medical forms, official PDFs)
- Complex packaging
- Extensive print design (magazines, books, large-scale brochures)

We offer a 50% refund within the first week if you’re unsatisfied. However, due to the high-quality nature of our work, refunds won’t be issued for completed designs.
